Oliver Whitcomb has been immersed in the martial arts since 1979. He has taught full time in Hailey, Idaho since 1996. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Korean Studies. He has a wellness center in Idaho that offers martial arts, yoga, cranial sacral, acupuncture, and other alternative healing modalities. Over the past ten years, he has worked with veterans using a therapeutic form of martial arts called IBAM (Integrated Breathing and Movement) to help with physical injuries, brain traumas, and PTSD. His IBAM training methods benefit practitioners by increasing blood flow, improving the algorithms of the heart, and releasing trauma from the body. IBAM is an integral part of Reboot Camps, and is a healing tool participants can take with them wherever they go. Oliver is devoted to helping people feel better by teaching them how to breathe and move properly.
